Cancellation Policy for Glass Workshops

If you cancel:

4+ weeks before the workshop you will be offered a full refund or a change of date.

2-4 weeks before the workshop you will be offered a 50% refund or a change of date.

Within 14 days of the workshop, unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund or change of date.

If for any reason I need to cancel the workshop you will be offered a new date. If you do not wish to move to a new date then a full refund will be issued.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date or purchase. The workshop date may be beyond this time but you must book your place within 12 months. The above cancellation policy applies to voucher holders, however no cash will be refunded in the event of cancellation. Gift Vouchers are non refundable once purchased.

Early Bird Tickets – Christmas Workshops
